Digital Solutions

Our ground-breaking digital banking solutions such as the Ecobank Mobile App, Xpress Account and others help us unleash the full potential of our unparalleled pan-African platform and support our goal to reach 100 million customers in Kenya and across Africa.

Kenya being a leader in financial technology solutions provides the best environment for Ecobank to leverage its revolutionary digital banking solutions to address the needs of our customers. For instance, our mobile banking platform allows users to save money, send and receive money, pay taxes, pay bills, shop and make payments, run fundraising programmes among others. This gives users more time to participate in nation building by avoiding the costly and time-consuming brick and mortar banking.

Other than that, the Bank has deployed Agency banking across the country; offering customers the convenience of accessing a physical outlet within a user’s locality. The agents provide a limited product suit that customers would have to travel long distances to access in banking halls.

With our vast geographical spread, local knowledge of African economies and the network advantage that we enjoy, we remain the preferred bank for individuals and businesses who want to do business within Kenya and across the region.

Ecobank Kenya is Licensed and Regulated by the Central Bank of Kenya and other bodies as stipulated by the laws of Kenya.
